Ross Warner is an energy and infrastructure investment and advisory executive with over two decades of experience across investment banking, principal investing, project development, and project finance, with a focus on power, energy transition, and risk assessment.
Ross is the former Head of Macquarie Capital’s North America Power Investment Banking and Principal Investment vertical. Before joining Macquarie, Ross worked at Credit Suisse. In his 20+ years in the power and energy sector, Ross has led successful investments and advised on over $30 billion in M&A, financing, and commodity-linked transactions.
Currently, Ross is Head of Business Development and Co-Founder at InfraSure, a risk intelligence platform helping owners of weather-exposed infrastructure – including power generation, renewables, transmission, LNG, and data centers – make climate-smart decisions using localized, asset-specific models that combine physics-based methods with advanced machine learning. Prior to InfaSure, Ross was a Co-Founder of Aequatis, an energy transition project development platform focused on green hydrogen.
