THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The recruitment process varies depending on the position applied for, but the standard applicant can anticipate participating in two pre-employment assessments, completing a case study, and undergoing multiple interview rounds.

Once an application is submitted and shortlisted, prospective candidates will be asked to complete online assessments to assess fit for the role and cultural compatibility with the organization.

Candidates who pass these assessments will proceed to virtual or in-person interviews, and those applying for advanced positions may also be required to complete a case study.


 

Raw Skills Assessment

Candidates will be required to take a multi-section assessment, to evaluate their fundamental abilities in logic, reading comprehension, and written communication; this will be conducted in an online format.

 
 

Fit With The Team

Next, candidates will go through a set of personality assessments, as fit within the team is of paramount importance to us since we collaborate closely.

 
 

INTERVIEWS

As a final step of the process, candidates will have the chance to engage with team members from various departments that they may potentially work alongside, which will be conducted through online or in-person meetings.
