Brandon is an accomplished investment professional with deep experience in core and core plus infrastructure, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and adjacent sectors. Throughout his career, Brandon has advised on a range of transactions, including acquisitions, PPP bids, refinancings, and restructurings, and, for infrastructure funds, infrastructure developers, pension funds, and corporates.
Notably, Brandon has advised Abertis, Axium, and Ullico on multiple transactions involving their toll road investments in Puerto Rico; CVC DIF on multiple acquisitions, financings, and project financings related to its rural fiber program in Manitoba (including the Canada Infrastructure Bank’s first digital infrastructure investment in Canada); and Kiewit and Meridiam on the financial close of the C70 PPP in 2017 and subsequent refinancing in 2021.
In addition to his infrastructure and project finance experience, Brandon bring a corporate-side perspective to his advisory work, having been seconded as Vice President, Corporate Development for a listed company. There, he led equity raises, sourced debt, and closed several strategic transactions (including partnerships, acquisitions, and other material ventures).
Brandon earned his Bachelor of Commerce (honors) degree and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia.
