BRANDON KOTHE

Brandon is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in public-private partnerships (PPPs), core/core+ infrastructure, and other sectors. Throughout his career, Brandon has worked on a range of transactions, including refinancings, restructurings, PPP bids, and acquisitions, for infrastructure funds, infrastructure developers, pension funds, and large corporates.

Notably, Brandon has provided advisory services to Vinci and BBGI on the refinancing of the East End Crossing PPP, Kiewit and Meridiam on the financial close of the C70 PPP in 2017 and its subsequent refinancing in 2021, and DIF on the development of the Manitoba Fiber Project, which is the inaugural Canada Infrastructure Bank transaction in digital infrastructure and will connect approximately 50,000 underserviced households to fiber. He has also advised on numerous toll road transactions, including the acquisition of American Roads, the refinancing of A30, and several other attempted acquisitions.

In addition to his PPP experience, Brandon has worked on corporate-side transactions, having been seconded for a year in a corporate development role. During this time, he helped raise equity, source debt, and close several strategic transactions, including partnerships, acquisitions, and other material ventures.

Before joining Agentis, Brandon held positions at Bruce Power and RCM Technologies. Brandon earned his Bachelor of Commerce (honors) degree and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia.
