Amrinder is a highly experienced PPP investment professional with transaction experience across multiple North American greenfield, secondary market, restructuring, and refinancing PPP transactions, having successfully closed over $8bn of financing throughout his career.
Notably, Amrinder has led the advisory team on the $6.0bn Ontario Line South Civil DBF project, the restructuring of the $2.7bn Purple Line project, the $1.5bn Fargo Moorhead Flood Diversion project, the $1.8bn Broadway Subway project, the $527m refinancing for the East End Crossing project, and the $311m refinancing of the Denver Eagle Rail project. Amrinder also advised clients on the acquisition of the Carlsbad Desalination Plant, Presidio Parkway asset, and other transportation and social assets.
Prior to joining Agentis, Amrinder was on the Project Finance team at HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions, one of the largest construction companies in the world. Amrinder was the day-to-day finance lead for LAX Integrated Express Solutions, a consortium composed of ACS, Balfour Beatty, Bombardier, Fluor, and HOCHTIEF, in their successful bid and close of the $4.9bn LAX Automated People Mover project.
Amrinder holds an MBA and a BBA with honors from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a CFA Charterholder.
