Cagri is a seasoned professional in M&A, project finance, and renewable investments with over 8 years of experience. Prior to joining Agentis Capital, Cagri worked at notable firms including Barclays, Aktif Investment, and Enerjisa/E.On, where he gained invaluable experience in the industry.
Cagri is a graduate of the University of Cambridge where he obtained a Master's degree in Finance (MFin). With his strong educational background and professional expertise, Cagri has been involved in several notable transactions, including the DeSpac deal of Marti with a $532m enterprise value, as well as an RCF loan to CEZ.
In addition, Cagri has been involved in several renewable energy projects, including an 18 MW Solar PV investment at the RTB stage in the Netherlands, a 98 MW Solar PV investment at the RTB stage in Hungary, a 14 MW Greenfield Solar PV Investment in Ukraine, a 66 MW Greenfield Solar PV Investment in Turkey, a 12 MW Greenfield Biomass Investment in Turkey, and a 7 MW Onshore Wind Acquisition in Turkey. Cagri has also facilitated over $100m in project finance loans for various projects in Turkey.
