Alan is a seasoned infrastructure finance professional boasting over a decade of extensive financial advisory and project development expertise. His diverse background encompasses a broad spectrum of asset classes, including hospitals, schools, roads, transportation systems, and renewable energy projects, across various geographical locations and legal jurisdictions spanning Canada and the United States. Alan possesses a deep understanding of numerous project procurement methodologies.

His track record includes the successful closure of notable projects such as the Clackamas County Courthouse, Prince George’s County Public Schools Phase 1, Gilcrease Expressway West, Corner Brook Long Term Care, Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Grand Bend Wind Farm, and North Island Hospitals. Prior to his tenure at Agentis, Alan held roles at esteemed institutions such as National Bank Financial, where he served as a financial advisor in both New York and Toronto, and Plenary Americas, where he contributed as a member of the origination team based in Toronto.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree alongside a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Economics from Queen’s University. Additionally, he is a CFA Charterholder, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and proficiency in finance.
